🛡️ Warranty Terms

All products purchased from Nev Tasarım are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is valid as stated in the product details.

Products under warranty are eligible for free repair or replacement in case of manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by user error (dropping, impact, liquid contact, etc.) is not covered under the warranty.

🔄 Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and exchange terms below:

Return Period: You may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange: In cases of incorrect or defective product delivery, exchanges are made free of charge.

Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for underwear, personal care items, or custom-made products.

Return Process: After submitting your return request to info@nevtasarim.com, a personalized shipping code will be provided.
The return process is completed within 7 business days after the product reaches our facility. Your refund will be issued via the original payment method.

🚚 Shipping and Delivery Information

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• 📦 Shipping Fee: Free shipping is offered for purchases over a certain amount.
• ⏳ Delivery Time:
  • 📍 In Istanbul and major cities: 1-3 business days
  • 📍 In other cities: 2-5 business days
  • 📍 Remote areas (addresses with scheduled delivery days): 5-7 business days
• 🚛 Shipping Company: Your orders will be shipped via our contracted shipping companies, and your tracking number will be shared via email.
