Warranty Conditions: At Nev Tasarım, all products we offer are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer or importer companies. The warranty period may vary depending on the type of product and generally starts from the invoice date. For products covered by the warranty, faults and defects caused by manufacturing errors will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Situations Covered by Warranty:

  • Defects caused by manufacturing errors
  • Malfunctions not resulting from assembly errors and not caused by user error

Situations Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Damages resulting from incorrect use or assembly errors
  • Unauthorized intervention, modifications, or repair attempts on the product
  • Physical damage to the product, breakage, or contact with liquid

Return Conditions: Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, you may return the product you ordered within 14 days after delivery. To proceed with a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned to us complete with all its accessories.

The return process is as follows:

  • Return Request: You can submit your return request via our website or by contacting our customer service.
  • Returning the Product: Once approved, you may return the product to us free of charge via our contracted shipping company.
  • Return Inspection: Once the product is received, it will be inspected to determine whether it complies with the return conditions.
  • Refund: If your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products that have been used, even briefly, or are damaged
  • Products with missing parts or from which parts have been removed
  • Products whose original packaging is damaged or missing
  • Products that have been assembled or show signs of assembly
  • Products returned without an invoice
  • Products returned after the return period has expired

Note: In case of returns for reasons of personal preference, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For returns due to defective or faulty products, shipping costs will be covered by our company.
